The rain stayed away but the crowds certainly didn't!
This year's Rainbow Carnival was a wonderful day out with parents and children alike enjoying everything that the carnival presented.
All the favourite stalls were there - preloved clothing, pre-read books, gourmet delights, face painting, beautiful handmade items, plants, sno cones, cakes, sweet treats, the auction and the bar, just to name a few.
This year also saw the introduction of a few new stalls including crazy nails and hair and the very popular dunking tank, where students had the chance to dunk not only their peers, but our brave Principal, Mr Adam Mathewson.
The cafe was a-buzz with those needing a well-deserved cuppa and some time in the shade, whilst our 'sideshow alley' was humming with children excitedly enjoying all the rides.
The Rainworth's Got Talent stage program featured our own budding artists, with music and song filling the air. The live and silent auctions were extremely succesful in raising funds to go towards improving and maintaining the options and facilities available to our children at Rainworth State School.
